How to sign in
Four steps, once. After that the app opens straight onto your day.
Install the app
Tap App Store or Google Play above. The app is free, and it works on any recent iPhone or Android phone.
Enter your Amazon Flex email
Use the same email address the company you drive for has on file for you. If you are not sure which one that is, ask your manager.
Pick a password
The first time you sign in you choose your own password. After that it is just your email and that password.
Turn on notifications
Say yes when the app asks. That is how you hear about a change to your van, your route or your start time.
Email not recognised?
If the app says your email is not registered with DSPilot, your manager has either not added you yet or holds a different address for you. Contact your DSP manager for access.

What is in the app
Drivers stop asking what they're doing tomorrow, because the answer is already in their app. The manager stops being the human router.
- The week, at a glance
Working, off, standby, and ridealong days in one view, updated the moment anything changes.
- Today's van, reg, and arrival time
The only place to see today's assignment is the app, so logging in is part of starting work.
- Their own performance
Each driver sees their DCR, POD, and CC with guidance on what each metric means, plus Netradyne events and the leaderboard.
- Announcements with required acknowledgement
A broadcast can require a tap-to-acknowledge before the rest of the app unlocks. No more "I never saw it".
- Availability, submitted by the driver
Requested with a deadline, submitted in-app, owned by the driver. The schedule is built on what they actually gave.
No room on your phone?
Everything in the app is on the website too. Open dspilot.co.uk in any browser and sign in with the same email and password.
